Tending to community, culture, and climate ensures that diversity, equity, and inclusion permeate all aspects of organizational culture. It extends beyond "diversity training" and ensures that everyone in a given environment feels a sense of belonging.

assessment, planning,& evaluation

Tending to DEI-related assessment, planning, and evaluation holds us accountable for our DEI efforts. We are able to assess our efforts, plan accordingly, and determine if policies, practices, and outcomes align with a commitment to DEI.
